Terrance brings over a decade of experience investing in and scaling vertical enterprise software and tech-enabled services companies. Throughout his career, he has focused on backing founder-led and category-leading businesses, helping leadership teams unlock their next phase of growth through organic commercial expansion, product strategy and add-on acquisitions.

Prior to co-founding Replete Partners, Terrance was a senior software investor. He began his career at McKinsey & Co., partnering with enterprise technology companies on go-to-market scaling and driving operational engagements across a wide array of traditional industries.

Harjot brings more than three decades of hands-on operating and executive advisory experience in vertical software and tech-enabled services. Having started his career in the trenches at i2 Technologies / JDA (now Blue Yonder) and grown into a senior leadership role, Harjot approaches every partnership from the perspective of an operator.

Prior to co-founding Replete Partners, he built the operational frameworks and led the value-creation teams at multiple software private equity firms, working alongside management teams to build repeatable sales engines, elevate customer success and integrate strategic acquisitions.
